Geraldine pretty much saved me from going insane this year when I came up against French building permit work that I just could not get my head round. She was reliable, efficient and supportive. As well as being fun to work with! I would have no hesitation in using her again, and would recommend her to anyone who needs her

We wanted to share our fantastic experience of working with Geraldine as our immobilier through Beaux Villages. Geraldine was second to none! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Geraldine showed patience, knowledge and expertise in her field and in the French systems.She went above and beyond to help us from start to finish... and still now 2 months after completion she is there if we need her. This was our first purchase in France and we had very little time to visit place's as we're based in the UK.Her open and honest,detailed approach allowed us to narrow things down and Geraldine gave us a genuine sense of caring about us finding the right property for our needs. We cannot recommend her enough and our experience was such a contrast compared to another leading estate agents (beginning with L).
